A Series Storage Assist Vehicle
The Hangcha A Series Storage Assist Vehicle is a compact electric stockpicker offering a 100kg to 215kg tray capacity, a 4,409mm lift height, CANBUS bus wiring, and right/left hand sensing safety systems.
Designed to pick small packages from high shelves inside supermarkets, warehouses, and laboratories, this stockpicker replaces manual ladders. The CANBUS bus structure ensures reliable communication and fast diagnostics. The right and left hand sensing system requires the operator to keep both hands on the controls during travel to prevent pinch accidents, while integrated flashing lights warn pedestrians in the aisles.
Key Features
- Two-Hand Sensing: Requires both hands on control sensors to enable travel or lift functions, preventing injuries.
- CANBUS Control System: Digital communication architecture reducing wiring complexity and boosting reliability.
- Lower Auxiliary Panel: Allows technicians to lift the platform and release brakes from outside the vehicle for maintenance.
- Safety Flashing Lights: Front and rear flashing beacons warning store customers of approaching vehicle movement.
How does the right and left hand sensing system protect stockpicker operators?
The right and left hand sensors act as physical interlocks. If the operator removes either hand from the control handles, all travel and mast operations lock instantly. This prevents drivers from leaning out of the cabin or grabbing rack frames during travel.
