The Hangcha A Series High-lift Order Picker is a VNA-compatible man-up warehouse picker offering a 1,200kg capacity, a 9,500mm lift height, and a supplementary pallet lift.
Formulated to support parcel picking inside stereoscopic high-bay warehouses with racking heights from 5 to 10 meters, this high-lift order picker integrates intelligent VNA roller guides. The supplementary pallet lift raises the cargo pallet independently of the cabin floor, while the simultaneous drive/lift control system shortens pick cycle times.

When picking heavy items at 9 meters elevation, having the pallet rest on the cabin floor forces the operator to constantly bend down to stack. A supplementary pallet lift raises the forks independently, allowing the operator to adjust the pallet level to waist height, preventing joint fatigue.
