A Series High Range Pedestrian Stacker with Initial Lift
The Hangcha A Series High Range Pedestrian Stacker with Initial Lift is a lithium-powered double-pallet truck offering a 1,200kg to 1,600kg capacity, a German REMA tiller, and CATL lithium cells.
Formulated to support fast grocery replenishment and narrow-aisle staging inside cold stores, this stacker is equipped with Hangcha-CATL lithium battery packs. The initial lift mechanism lifts the straddle legs independently to carry one pallet on the legs and a second on the forks. The German REMA control tiller provides easy, single-handed proportional control.
Key Features
- Hangcha-CATL Lithium: High-reliability LiFePO4 cells that support rapid opportunity charging.
- Initial Lift Function: Straddle leg lift mechanism developed to enable simultaneous double-pallet transit.
- German REMA Tiller: Ergonomic joystick control head designed for single-handed proportional handling.
- Wedge-Shape Chassis: Compact, rounded-corner chassis layout that improves maneuvers in tight shelves.
How does the initial lift design double material handling efficiency?
Standard stackers only lift forks, leaving the bottom chassis legs stationary. An initial lift stacker can lift its bottom chassis legs by 120mm, allowing a pallet to rest on them. By picking up a second pallet on the forks, the operator can carry two loads in a single run, reducing trailer loading times.
