Formulated to support high-tonnage cargo staging inside port terminals and steel mills, this 25-ton forklift features advanced thermal management. The standard 540.96V or optional 608.58V battery box uses heavy truck water-cooling technology to manage cell temperatures. An electric tipping cylinder tilts the cabin forward for easy maintenance access.

Why is liquid battery cooling critical for high capacity electric forklifts?
Lifting 25 tons draws high electrical energy, causing cell temperatures to rise. Standard air cooling cannot dissipate heat fast enough, risking battery degradation. Liquid cooling circulates water-glycol coolant through internal battery plates, keeping cells at optimal operating temperatures to double battery life.
