5.0t - 10.0t 2WD & 4WD Rough Terrain Forklift Truck
The Hangcha Heavy Duty Rough Terrain Forklift is an off-road diesel truck offering a 5,000kg to 10,000kg capacity, a 6,000mm lift height, and 2WD/4WD differential lock options.
Formulated to transport up to 10 tons of cargo inside timber yards, concrete pipe facilities, and stone quarries, this heavy-duty off-road forklift is a powerhouse. The 2WD or 4WD drive options featuring differential locks ensure the truck escapes deep mud, supported by deep-tread off-road tires.
Key Features
- 10-Ton Off-Road Capacity: High capacity chassis engineered to carry steel coils and timber logs.
- Differential Lock Options: Mechanical locks that link drive wheels together to prevent spinning in mud.
- Deep-Tread Tires: Large pneumatic off-road tires designed to maximize traction on loose soils.
- Reinforced Chassis Frame: Heavy steel plate frame and mast channels developed to resist deflection.
Why is a differential lock mandatory for heavy rough terrain operations?
Lifting 10 tons on muddy inclines risks wheel spin. Standard open differentials transfer power to the spinning tire, leaving the truck stuck. A differential lock mechanically couples both drive wheels, forcing them to turn at the same speed to drive the vehicle out of the slip.
