Man-up Tri-lateral Turret Stockpicker
The Hangcha Man-up Tri-lateral Turret Stockpicker is a high-lift VNA warehouse truck offering a 1,000kg to 1,600kg capacity, a 10,220mm lift height, a 180-degree rotating turret head, and double safety pedals.
Formulated to support intensive pallet handling and picking inside high-bay narrow aisle warehouses, this man-up turret truck maximizes space efficiency. The operator cabin ascends with the mast to keep the load in the driver's direct field of view. The trilateral head rotates 180 degrees to stack goods left or right without turning the vehicle chassis.
Key Features
- 10.2m Man-Up Picking: Operator cabin rises with the forks to simplify high-elevation parts collection.
- 180-Degree Turret Head: Trilateral fork mechanism designed to stack left, right, or forward.
- Double Safety Pedals: Dual floor-contact switches and barrier interlocks to prevent operator mis-operation.
- Electro-Hydraulic Buffer: Automatically slows fork movements near travel limits to prevent impact shocks.
Why is a trilateral turret head mandatory for narrow-aisle (VNA) warehousing layouts?
Standard forklifts require at least 3.4 meters of aisle width to turn 90 degrees and deposit a pallet. A VNA turret truck travels straight down the aisle; the turret head rotates the forks 180 degrees to stack left or right, shrinking required aisle width to 1.6m and doubling warehouse capacity.
Technical Specifications

Featuring proportional hydraulic dampening and Curtis AC controls, this turret picker is CE certified. Warehouse logistics managers note: "The man-up turret stacker has doubled our storage capacity by letting us narrow our aisles. The proportional fork buffer stops elevated load sway completely."
