How do vertical twistlocks guarantee safety during elevated container stacking?
Lifting a 9-ton empty container 20 meters high exposes the load to high wind shear. Vertical twistlocks insert into the corner castings of the container and rotate 90 degrees hydraulically. Interlock sensors prevent lifting unless all four twistlocks register a secure connection, eliminating drop hazards.
