What Determines Forklift Prices?
1. Energy Type (Lithium, Lead-Acid, Diesel)
Initial cost of lithium forklifts might be 15-20% higher than diesels. However, thanks to zero fuel cost, zero battery maintenance, and 3x longer life, total cost of ownership (TCO) beats diesel in 2 years.
2. Lifting Capacity (Tonnage)
The most popular 2.5 to 3.5 ton models have standard pricing. For models over 5 tons, as the chassis grows and hydraulics are strengthened, the price curve steepens.
3. Mast Type and Attachments
There is a cost difference between standard 3-meter duplex masts and 4.5-meter triplex masts. Additions like side-shifter or bale attachments also affect the price.

To Buy or to Rent?
If your need is seasonal, a temporary project, or a stable operation where you don't want to deal with maintenance costs, operational forklift rental could be much more advantageous. Instead of tying your capital to a machine, you can invest it in your business.
